Burgerista in Cologne

Very tasty burgers, I like to be here. The ambience is also very nice here. Price performance is also very good, I'm a fan of the combo menu with drink (you can pour yourself as you like) and French fries, and you have a large selection of BBQ sauces at the table.

The best burger in terms of price performance :) There's not much more to say Drinks and French fries are also 10/10, I look forward to stopping by again in the future.

Good restaurant with space to spend time which provide unlimited drink. The food is also good.

The burgers have always tasted good so far. But I always order classic no-frills cheeseburgers. :)

Good quality and taste, but slightly overpriced.

I loved this restaurant. Many choices of hamburgers and I have tried a few and liked them all. Especially nice is that they have a self serve small crushed ice dispenser and when I asked the price of my refill for my diet coke, they told me it was free. Perfect ice and a free refill, nowhere else in all of Europe!!

The children's menu is highly recommended, 3 small hamburgers.

Slightly better fast food. Burgers are delicious. The fried vegetables in the veggie burger oozed fat. Therefore a star deduction. Otherwise ok.

Good variety and taste. The employees were friendly and adhered to the current corona rules in an exemplary manner.

I don't know when I was there years ago! Probably 4-5 years ago.

As long as the cashier is still there (presumably shift supervisor) I will never enter the store again. The food is of course tasty as always. However the shift supervisor is rude, shameless and horrible.

The food doesn't do justice to the price. If it was a bit cold and clean it wasn't really there either

Service borderline, long waiting time, wanted to eat there too, but they just packed everything 10 minutes before closing. BUT the burgers are MEGA delicious!

I love burgers in Burgerista, but last time we had to wait very long to get out burgers. Usually I take combo: burger+drink+french fries.

The shop has a nice ambience. It's very modern, which I like. However, you should make sure that the wireless charging stations also work if you offer them. The table I was sitting at was very dirty and that wasn't because someone was already sitting there before. We were one of the first customers of the day. My order was accepted directly at the checkout. Then the cashier looked at her cell phone for 5 minutes and my friends had to wait unnecessarily for the order to be placed. I ordered a super veggie burger with fries and a cola. I have to say that there is a definite lack of vegetarian choices. Above all, there are no vegan alternatives available. Furthermore, plastic straws are offered that you don't need at all, because you get your drink in a glass. Even if you offer straws, nowadays there are much more ecological variants. Sauces were also served in plastic containers. First of all, I didn't want any sauces. You could have asked and then saved yourself the unnecessary throwing away of the sauces. Second, they could have been served in recyclable containers. Obviously there is no emphasis on sustainability here, which can be seen from the manageable vegetarian selection. The cashier was very rude. I wanted to put Coke in my glass, which is what they do on a machine. I told her the machine was off, but she was busy with her cell phone. Fortunately, a friendly member of staff came out of the kitchen and showed me where to start the machine. The Superveggieburger couldn't convince me in terms of taste either. There was a lack of spices, it was totally mushy and fell apart. The fries were very tasty.

The food was just a little expensive but still ok because it tasted good and you get a cup that you can fill as often as you want with the drinks you had in your collection, including some homemade drinks. The service was good and friendly and I definitely recommend trying this restaurant

Bad service, long waiting times and poor value for money. We were "kicked" from the tables outside even though we hadn't finished eating because the tables outside were "closed". In addition, the portions are pretty tiny. We are then to the Citizen King to be full ...

Unfortunately, the staff is not very "warm". Burgers taste okay (I ate the Lord Bacon), but the price-performance ratio is not at all good. For 12-15 euros you can expect to be full.

Very nice people, quick preparations, absolutely delicious. It is definitely worth it, if you are in Cologne absolutely come here ... WC available, there is another floor with 66 seats ...

Super shop. Burger was awesome. Really tasty. All components fit. I thought it was good that you can refill drinks. Would love to come back.

We were there yesterday with a small group and I have to say, despite the current circumstances, the shop was very cozy and the drinks were still freely available. The selection is good and there are good savings deals. The only drawback: the sauces are missing on the tables but for the fries there is still majo or ketchup. Gladly again.

Food tastes okay, but staff and service are neither attentive, nor friendly, nor good. Towels, straws etc. are permanently empty. Hygiene cannot be expected here either.

One of the greatest burgers in Cologne. The staff is friendly, yet can sometimes be not quite responsive due to being overwhelmed with the workload, I believe. A must try, if you are a burger fan!

Often order in from this place, LOVE the burgers, the fries sadly are not the best in our opinion.

Tasty light burger with lots of sauces and side dishes. Breaded cheese is not for my taste. If you are not from the region better to order the cheese-free.

There's nothing better than a good ol' American style burgers with some top quality fries and plenty of sauce to choose from. This place has got it all. Give it a go if you're around.

Good burgers

Nice burger place close to Rudolfplatz. The meat was good, perhaps a bit too well done; buns are ok. Would have appreciated the toppings to be more generous, considering the price. But otherwise, good quality, fries are “real”. Sauces are a nice touch!

Nice burger joint with huuuge burger and unlimited home made lemonade.

It can be a bit expensive for burgers, but they are very good. The fries are even better and they have fresh ice teas and lemonades. Take the Bbq burger.

Their Masterstuck is worth a try it!

These 4 stars are for the taste, the style of everything and I also like the drawing thing. The 5th star is gone, because the restroom was in an awful condition, but that's quickly fixable. Awesome restaurant!

Nice place to have delicious burgers and drinks.

Had to wait a few minutes to order, as both employees were busy cooking and no one was manning the till. The burger itself was too small for the bun. The toppings were scarce. The taste was good. The tables are well equipped with everything you’d need.
